Our festive brunch features an array of chef-prepared favorites, from breakfast classics to savory lunch options, and a tempting selection of desserts sure to delight everyone in your group.
Guests can enjoy a variety of stations, including made-to-order omelets, a savory carving station with sirloin of beef and cider-brined turkey, and a decadent entrée buffet featuring pan-seared chicken with wild mushroom jus and stuffed sole with lobster burre blanc. There’s also a “Mom’s Morning Breakfast Station” filled with mini frittata bites, chive scrambled eggs, home-fried potatoes, and cinnamon raisin French toast.
